01 — What we automate

02 — How the work runs
A project with an end date, not a subscription you can't leave. You keep the code, the accounts and the documentation. Larger programs are several of these in sequence, scoped one at a time so you can stop whenever the returns stop.

An engineer sits with the people who actually do the job — on site if you want them there, over video if you don't. Every step, every exception, every place errors creep in. You keep that write-up whether or not you build with us.
Weeks 2–4
One process, running against real work, inside the systems you already use. Your team tries to break it. We fix whatever they break, and the exceptions they surface go into the build.
Handover
Code, credentials, documentation and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. Keep us on for the next process if it's earning. Don't if it isn't.
03 — What it costs
A wage is a bill that arrives every year for as long as the process exists. A build is a bill that arrives once. That gap is the entire argument, and it gets wider the longer you leave it — everything else is detail.
04 — Where we work
The only part of this that benefits from being in the room is the first week, when we're watching how the work actually happens at the desk where it happens. So we give you the choice: we send someone, or we do it over video. Most clients pick video and it costs them nothing in accuracy.
For week one we put someone on the floor with your team. In major metros that's a vetted engineer from our network who works locally; travel is included in the quote, not billed after.
Screen shares with the people doing the work, recorded so the build team can go back to them. Faster to schedule and it's how most of our work runs.
Weeks two through four happen wherever our engineers are. What you see is working software against your real work, every few days.
